Compliance Operations Officer – Digital Wallets

MS Investments Holding is seeking a hands-on Compliance Operations Officer – Digital Wallets to join its team in DHA Raya, Lahore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will support and execute day-to-day AML/CFT and financial crime controls for the company's digital wallet business. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, AML/CFT, or Financial Crime Operations, with experience in a digital wallet, e-money institution, bank, or fintech being highly preferred. The successful candidate will conduct KYC reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for customers, agents, and merchants, review and clear Transaction Monitoring (TM) alerts, and investigate unusual activity. Additional responsibilities include resolving sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening matches, preparing and supporting the filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and regulatory returns, maintaining accurate compliance records and case documentation, and supporting internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections. The role also involves assisting in strengthening AML/CFT controls, processes, and compliance monitoring. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening, a working knowledge of Pakistan's AML/CFT regulatory framework and FATF recommendations, and strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills. A CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
