Manager Research Management

Riphah International University is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) as Manager Research Management, based in Rawalpindi. Under the Director ORIC, the successful candidate will run ORIC's research administration and grow the university's research portfolio. The role covers both pre-award and post-award support, SAP processing, publication rewards, HEC ORIC Scorecard reporting, and ORIC Steering Committee work, all in line with Riphah, HEC, and sponsor regulations. Additionally, the Manager will drive multidisciplinary collaboration, mentor junior faculty, oversee proposal development, and build relationships with donors and industry to increase research funding. Candidates must hold an MS/MPhil or equivalent qualification with at least 03 years of relevant experience.
