Lead Digital PMO – AI & Digital Initiatives

Highnoon is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join its team as the Lead Digital PMO – AI & Digital Initiatives at its Lahore Plant. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, program management, or AI-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization-wide portfolio of digital and AI initiatives, ensuring full alignment with the company's broader digital and business strategy. Key duties include coordinating the entire AI use-case lifecycle from ideation and assessment through proof of concept, pilot, deployment, and scale-up. The role also requires defining KPIs and tracking expected versus realized business benefits, including improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue impact. Additionally, the Lead Digital PMO will establish and continuously improve Digital PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, stage-gates, dashboards, and project delivery practices to ensure consistent and high-quality execution across all digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of leading cross-functional digital projects in a fast-paced environment.
